What You Will Need
Having the items below helps us get your claim started smoothly:
- Your contact information
- Deceased person’s full name and Social Security number
- Death Certificate
- Common documents requested (varies by situation) (eg. Letters of administration, trust docs, etc.)
We’ll guide you through what’s needed based on the account and situation, but it typically includes:
- Certified copy of the death certificate
- Your government‑issued ID
You can begin the claim even if you don’t have every document yet — we can request additional documents later or you can submit them at anytime as they become available.
Support When You Need It
If you prefer in-person guidance, Valley Strong Team Members are available at our branches to help you start or continue your claim.
