    To reset your password, follow the steps below:

    • From the login screen, select Forgot Password.  
    • You will be prompted to enter your username and social security number. (See Example 1)
    • Select the option of where to send a temporary code based on the methods of communication we have on file for you. (See Example 2)
    • Once you receive the code, enter it into the provided field. (See Example 3)
    • Continue to the next page where you will be prompted to create a new password.

  • How do I order checks?

    To order checks, follow the steps below: 

    • Log into DataNet from a desktop browser.
    • Navigate to Resources at the top of your screen. (See Example 1)
    • Select Checking Services.
    • Select Reorder Checks. You will be redirected to our check provider (Deluxe). (See Example 2)
    • Follow the instructions as displayed on the page.

  • How do I activate Apple Pay, Samsung Pay & Android Pay?

    To activate a card in mobile wallet call our Contact Center at (800) 221-3311, Live Chat with an available representative at valleystrong.com, send us a message through the Secure Message Center in online banking, or visit your nearest Branch. 

  • When will my deposit be credited to my account?

    Direct deposits will be available up to 2 days before your payday, but actual timing will depend on your employer’s financial institution. Check deposits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the funds shall be placed on hold. 

  • How do I place a stop payment on a check?

    To place a stop payment on a check, follow the steps below: 

    • Log into DataNet from a desktop browser.
    • Navigate to Resources at the top of your screen. (See Example 1)
    • Select Checking Services.
    • Select Stop Payment. (See Example 2)
    • Select New Stop Pay Request.
    • Select the Account Number the check is drawn from. You will then be prompted to enter the check number, amount, and payee name. (See Example 3)
    • Select “I Agree” followed by “Submit Request” to complete this check stop payment. A $30.00 stop payment fee will be automatically withdrawn from your account.

  • Is there a fee for a stop payment?

    ACH Stop Payment
    To cancel an electronic withdrawal, a stop payment will need to be placed a minimum of three days prior to the expected withdrawal date.  Please be advised there is a $30.00 stop payment fee. A stop payment is valid for 6 months. Once expired, the payment may still be collected by the merchant. 

    Before submitting a stop payment, we suggest reaching out to the merchant first. ACH stop payments are not guaranteed as merchants have the ability to alter their company information and reattempt withdrawals.  

    Check Stop Payment
    To process a check stop payment the following information is required: check number, payee name, and the dollar amount. Please be advised there is a $30.00 stop payment fee. A stop payment is valid for 6 months. Once expired, the payment may still be collected by the merchant. Check stop payments are not guaranteed as merchants have the ability to process the item as an electronic debit. Please be advised if the check number is altered, the check may still clear the account. 

  • Where can I locate my routing and account numbers?

    • The routing number for Valley Strong Credit Union is 322273722.

    • You can find your full checking account number by clicking on the Account Details tab in DataNet or DataMobile, or on the bottom line of your paper checks. (See Example 1)

    • You can find your savings account number by clicking on the Account Details tab in DataNet or DataMobile. (See Example 2)

  • How do I report fraud?

    Visit your nearest Branch during open hours and a Member Service Representative can assist with filing a dispute, blocking a card and replacing/ordering a Visa Check Card, credit card, or ATM card.

    Our Visa card dispute representatives are also available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, at (800) 221-3311. Select option #4 from the main menu.
