Know every time your Visa Card is used with customizable text, push, or email alerts. Alerts sent when:
View Balances - The available and current balances for deposit accounts are displayed in the Main Menu and Account Details page(s).
Set Travel Notifications - Set travel notifications without calling the Credit Union.
Enhanced Card Controls - Suspend a card, set transaction thresholds, and restrict certain types of transactions.
To suspend, simply open the app, tap on the picture of your previously added Visa Card, and swipe the “suspend” button.
To re instate, turn the “suspend” feature back off.
If you do not have a compatible smartphone you can also enroll in Valley Strong Card Alerts by clicking here and following the instructions to set up a Card Alerts online account. You can then select text and/or email alerts by choosing from the same options available on the smartphone app!

Set up by going to “Settings,” open “Wallet,” and selecting “Add Credit or Debit Card.”
To use: Look for the contactless symbol at the register. When the cashier is ready, hold your iPhone near the contactless reader with your finger on the “Touch ID” button. A subtle vibration or beep verifies your payment information has been sent.
