How do I find my routing or account numbers? 

  • The routing number for Valley Strong Credit Union is 322273722.

  • You can find your full checking account number by clicking on the Account Details tab in DataNet or DataMobile, or on the bottom line of your paper checks.

  • You can find your savings account number by clicking on the Account Details tab in DataNet or DataMobile.


How do I order checks? 

To order checks, follow the steps below: 

  • Log into DataNet from a desktop browser. 

  • Locate the widgets list in the left navigation.

  • Select Checking Services. 

  • Select Reorder Checks. You will be redirected to our check provider (Deluxe).

  • Follow the instructions as displayed on the page. 


How do I place a stop payment? by phone, chat, or via message center? 

You may place a stop payment by phone at (800) 221-3311, Live Chat, or via the message center. See below for additional details.

ACH Stop Payment

To cancel an electronic withdrawal, a stop payment will need to be placed a minimum of three days prior to the expected withdrawal date.  Please be advised there is a $30.00 stop payment fee. A stop payment is valid for 6 months. Once expired, the payment may still be collected by the merchant. 

Before submitting a stop payment, we suggest reaching out to the merchant first. ACH stop payments are not guaranteed as merchants have the ability to alter their company information and reattempt withdrawals.  

Check Stop Payment

To process a check stop payment the following information is required: check number, payee name, and the dollar amount. Please be advised there is a $30.00 stop payment fee. A stop payment is valid for 6 months. Once expired, the payment may still be collected by the merchant. Check stop payments are not guaranteed as merchants have the ability to process the item as an electronic debit. Please be advised if the check number is altered, the check may still clear the account. 


How can I set up direct deposit?

Provide your Valley Strong routing number and account number to your employer to enroll in direct deposit. An enrollment form and more information on direct deposit can be found here.


When will my deposit be credited to my account? 

  • Direct deposits will be available up to 2 days before your payday, but actual timing will depend on your employer’s financial institution.  

  • Check deposits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the funds shall be placed on hold.


How can I complete a payment by phone or from another institution?  

  • To complete a payment by phone, call us at (800) 221-3311. Representatives are available 7 days a week, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. 

  • You can also make a payment online using your Visa Debit, MasterCard, or bank account information from another institution here.


Is there a fee to complete a payment by phone or from another institution? 

  • There is a processing fee of $15.00 for a one-time transaction on our website or over the phone.

  • There is a processing fee of $5.00 for recurring transactions completed on our website.

  • There is no charge if the funds are taken from a Valley Strong account.
